Partnering Aspac F&B International Pte Ltd ('Aspac'), Star Food Pte. Ltd. ('Star Food') was formed to develop the Carl's Jr. ® brand in the PRC. With rights to the provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu, we currently have 4 outlets in Shanghai and Nanjing.
